TJ Dry Cleaners is legitimate, clean, professional, and an absolute lifesaver. Have you ever tried to get next-day or weekend drycleaning in Cinncinatti? You can’t; it is impossible, or so I thought. After checking in to the @westincincinnati on Friday, and being told my dry cleaning would be available the next day, I was justifiably alarmed to see my bag of dirty clothes in my room at 4:00 PM Saturday afternoon. Having been on the road traveling for work for the last five days, and with another week to go with an early flight on Monday, I was shocked to learn the hotel did not offer dry cleaning service over the weekend. After calling fourteen or fifteen different locations, begging, pleading, I landed at TJ Dry Cleaners. Their response, no problem, we can get it done. Skeptically, I arrived twenty minutes later, and they let me know my clothes would be ready in under two hours. Just to recap, on Saturday, after my hotel and a plethora of locations declining and even laughing-off my request for weekend or next-day service, TJ Dry Cleaners was able to have my clothes cleaned, pressed, and ready in two hours, on a Saturday afternoon, in Cincinnati, without charging me an exorbitant fee. Give TJ Dry Cleaners your business. My suites and shirts have never looked better. As a customer, I have never experienced such incredible service. TJ Dry Cleaners went out of their way to take care of me and exceeded every expectation. They will do the same for you, give them a shot. >
